Our story
In Ca Vittoria, an elegant eighteenth-century house located in the heart of the Colline Alfieri, between Langhe Roero and Monferrato, Massimiliano young michelin star chef follows the teaching of his grandmother Gemma and his mother Sandra, working in the kitchen to serve delicious recipes of the tradition and the most innovative, always balanced in the combinations. The dishes are prepared with skill and mastery using excellent ingredients from the area.
Many vegetables, fruits and flowers come from the garden dedicated to Grandpa Aldo.
Massimiliano’s family has the michelin star from 1997 , Massimiliano also worked for UNITED NATIONS building in New York with the Stars of Piedmont, for the World Summit in Hong Kong , for Eataly Rome and it is also Chef in Casa Saclà.
